HOW DOES IT WORK?
Just about every project will require us determining:
- What we are doing?
- On what material(s)?
- How big?
- How many?
- And where to? (ship or pickup).
Once all items have been determined, and files have been prepared and finalized, you will receive a preview email that provides all project details. We require a written approval on those details prior to beginning production.
If the project involves production on the laser, CNC, and/or print, we will need the applicable file(s) to go along with it.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A FILE?
No problem, we can put it together for you for a reasonable cost.
WHO SUPPLIES THE MATERIAL?
We stock an assortment of materials in house, with access to a variety of others through numerous vendors. Once you have determined your preferred material we will be able to provide availability and pricing. If you need help with deciding on what material is right for you, please feel free to ask. If you’d prefer to supply material, you are more than welcome to do so. Please be advised we do not insure supplied materials (more details on this in our policy section).
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The magic question. We will supply you with an estimate once we have determined all aspects of the job. We bill all aspects of a project based on time, considering each individual service required to complete the job at it’s own hourly rate. Expensive, right? Not at all. Our competitive pricing is rarely undercut, especially at the same level of quality and attention to detail.
Please be advised we have a $100 project minimum. Certain exceptions may apply.
WHEN WILL IT BE READY?
Each project is done as quickly as possible, but final turnaround times are driven by a number of factors. Average production time on smaller projects is 3-5 business days. Same day turnaround is available in some instances. Please keep in mind, without all details being finalized and project approval received, we will not begin production.
